Storyline
As the manifestation of the curse looms, it becomes clear that it can only be stopped by the ultimate sacrifice - Thomas must either sacrifice himself or Lilith for the curse to break. Lilith, seeing that Thomas is putting his life on the line to protect her, attempts to save him. In this final confrontation, each decides to put the other first, despite knowing they will die. They press on, not free of fear, but in a last stand, a final rite of personal sacrifice. The chapel fills with black and rancid smoke - when it clears, who will be left standing: Lilith? Thomas? Or Selena (the real face of the gorgon)?
