Storyline

We now return to where we started, in Hemlock Vale, just below the iron gates of the refuge, next to the statue of St. Sybil. While the waters of Hemlock Creek wash along her feet, she guards the iron gate as she has for countless years. Guarding the true veil and exit from puagtory. As stone statue, St. Sybil stands as a constant in the ever-turning cycle of souls that pass through Hemlock Vale.

Lyrics

[Verse 1:]

Iron gates with whispers low,

St. Sybil stands in twilight's glow.

Stone eyes scan the misty moor,

Guarding secrets at her door.

[Chorus:]

Sybil's whisper, doom or grace,

Echoes through this accursed place.

[Verse 2:]

Lips of stone hold tales untold,

Ancient lore from days of old.

Mercy beams or judgement's blight?

Her gaze eternal takes its flight.

[Chorus:]

Sybil's whisper, doom or grace,

Echoes through this accursed place.

[Verse 3:]

Silent vigil, ever keen,

Earth-born form, a mystic queen.

Aura soothes with gentle guise,

Wisdom gleams in granite eyes.

[Chorus:]

Sybil's whisper, doom or grace,

Echoes through this accursed place.

[Verse 4:]

'Neath her glance, the creek groans low,

Whispers haunt the town below.

Buried tales in sands that flow,

Truths that only she may know.

[Chorus:]

Sybil's whisper, doom or grace,

Echoes through this accursed place.

[Verse 5:]

Chiseled smile, both kind and cold,

Comfort brings, yet dread unfolds.

Will her hand grant sweet release,

Or guide through nightmares without peace?

[Chorus:]

Sybil's whisper, doom or grace,

Echoes through this accursed place.

[Outro:]

Final twist awaits the brave,

Sybil's truth beyond the grave.

For buried under Hemlock hill,

The dark mage's soul lingers still.
